Lehua, the Big Island's Bear

Lehua, the Big Island Bear
Lehua, the Big Island Bear
Lehua is my second beaded teddy bear. She represents the Big Island of Hawaii.
There are lava beads on her paws, to represent the volcanoes of the Big Island (Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea and Kilauea).
Lots of miniature beaded Red Ohia Lehua blossoms (The Big Island's official flower), Ohelo leaves/berries and ferns, form her Haku Lei. She's ready to join her friend Lokelani, the Maui's Bear. :-)

Oh Frany, I'm so sorry, but I can't sell you this bear, it's a birthday gift for a friend who collects Beanies.
Merci and gros bisous
